The Owens House — Conservatory
Robin decided that the conservatory would be where they’d mix and measure with handblown bottles and funnels, even a glass scale modeled after a fifteenth-century Italian design. All were crafted for the movie by Los Angeles artist, Allison Berger.
Design elements found within the greenhouse include a lot of glass - from bell jars (cloches) & funnels, to beakers and scales; stoneware and terra cotta planters; hanging baskets filled with roots and bulbs; and tender herbs best grown indoors.There is also a wonderful potting bench and shelf. Shelves/cabinets are lined along the walls to store miscellaneous supplies, as well as to work upon.
